Warehouse Manager (Fleet & Spare Parts)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations for fleet spare parts, consumables, lubricants, and workshop materials.

• Maintain inventory records and stock levels using ERP or inventory management systems.

• Coordinate with procurement, workshop, and fleet departments to ensure timely availability of parts.

• Monitor stock movements, issue materials, and maintain proper documentation.

• Conduct regular stock counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation.

• Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of spare parts and materials.

• Manage receiving, inspection, and recording of incoming materials.

• Coordinate with suppliers regarding deliveries, discrepancies, and shortages.

• Maintain warehouse safety, housekeeping, and operational standards.

• Supervise warehouse staff and helpers.
   

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment and fleet spare parts.

• Ability to maintain accurate inventory reports.

• Good communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational requirements.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

• 8+ Years (Minimum 5 years in Fleet, Heavy Equipment, Construction Equipment, or Automotive Spare Parts Management)

• Experience managing spare parts warehouses for fleets, workshops, or construction companies.

• Knowledge of inventory control procedures.

• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
